– Stretching once a week (or twice a week if you choose!)
– 1 hour sessions
– Live on ZOOM
– Recordings available for 1 week after each scheduled class if you miss.
– Beginner Intermediate + (shoot me a message if you have concerns)
– Tuesdays: Full Body
– Thursdays: Front Splits & Middles
*you can sign up for just Tuesdays, just Thursdays or Both!
