8 week Bendy Back & Shoulders challenge
An 8 week challenge to help you make progress in your flexibility & help you create positive physical & mental habits!
Who’s it for?
+ All levels are welcome
+ If there are ever modifications needed (more than I give) you can send me a message and I will provide help!
+ Anyone wanting to improve their mobility & flexibility
+ Anyone wanting to get into the habit of stretching a few days a week.
What to expect:
+ Stretch sessions 3x week
+ Recorded sessions that you can do anytime. Work them into YOUR schedule.
+ 1 hour session a week. Other 2 sessions will be 15-30 minutes typically.
+ Back flexibility is hard work so unlike the Splits challenge where we stretched everyday, this challenge will be less days a week but 2 months instead of 1 month.
What you get:
+ Guided stretch sessions 3x week for 8 weeks.
+ Sessions are in the form of recordings so you can work them into your schedule at any time.
+ Community Support (there is a board within the challenge space to communicate with others & share your goals & progress.)
+ Goal Tracking – check in every day you do a stretch, add photos, how you’re feeling, all the things!
+ You will have access until YOU finish the challenge. So if you fall behind you still get to access the challenge.
+ Modifications provided as needed. Please contact me or respond to the surveys in the typeforms after your lessons if you need some extra love!
+ Positive mindset practice & guidance
