VIRTUAL FLOORWORK CLASSES

Join Abbey for 2 Floorwork classes this month!

75 minutes of slinking, threading, and getting grounded. We’ll start with a juicy warm-up to prep your body, then dive into learning a slinky, sexy floorwork sequence. Expect threads, rolls, and that low-flow goodness. All levels welcome.

Wear knee pads please!  

HOW TO BOOK

You can either book an individual pole class by selecting the date you want to book,

Or you can purchase both as a package for a discount!

1 Class: $25

2 Class Package: $45
