 A Double Wammy Floorwork Pop-Up 
Join me for 75 minutes of slinky, sultry floorwork magic:

Start with a warm-up and freestyle grounding to release tension and embrace your space. 

Master a sequence packed with threads, rolls, pops, and slinky moves

Flow through smooth transitions and playful leg twirls

We’ll utilize the last 10-15 minutes to run the sequence and play with exercises using touch & eye contact to really enhance the sequence.

You can either book an individual pole class by selecting the date you want to book,

Or you can purchase both as a package for a discount!

(If choosing to do just 1 class, make sure you choose the correct date you want to join)

2 Class Package: $45
