This usually means your data connection isn’t fast enough to stream the video, but let’s check a few of things to make sure it isn’t anything else.

  1. Could you run a speed test on your phone here: https://speedtest.net and share the result by pasting the link?
  2. Which browser are you using on your phone?
  3. Can you watch other videos like YouTube on your phone ok?
