Thanks for the information on your setup.
We have tested the videos from a couple of Samsung phones and the videos are loading fine. We can also see that videos are being streamed from other mobile devices, so it’s possible there’s something specific on your phone preventing them from being played.
Could you try watching the videos from a private/incognito tab in your browser and let me know if that makes any difference?
